It's no secret that my favourite part of wedding cakes is creating sugar flowers! But I do get asked about using real flowers instead.

As love continues to evolve, so do the trends that shape the perfect wedding celebration. And the trends shaping these blissful celebrations are more awe-inspiring than ever. But I have to say - I’m not one to really follow trends! I know what I can offer a couple and I know what I’m capable of designing and creating. So while some of these are trends “they” say will be trends in 2024, some of these ideas are things “I” want to see as trends!
